What our technology thought leadership experts do
Technology thought leadership at Profile starts by narrowing from everything a company could say to the few positions where it holds deep, genuine expertise its buyers need to see. Profile turns those into a programme: bylined articles, research and comment drafted in the spokesperson's voice for sign-off, photography and video shot in house, and placement in the trade and business titles the company's buyers and partners already read. The same arguments then carry on the company's own channels and on LinkedIn, and are structured to surface in search and in AI answers.
How they work
Technology categories go undifferentiated because every vendor describes itself in the same words, so the only useful copy is the copy a competitor could not have written. Profile's rule is that nothing is published that a language model could have assembled from public sources. The arguments have to come out of the client's own operating knowledge, drawn out in interview: what actually breaks at scale, what the benchmark does not capture, what the company got wrong before it got it right. The second discipline is translating that without flattening it, so a reporter can run it and a non-technical buyer can act on it while the specialist reading over their shoulder still finds it exact.
When to bring them in
Most technology companies come to Profile when their category is loud and undifferentiated, with a dozen vendors describing themselves in identical words and buyers left with no basis to separate them. Other triggers are a funding round, entry to a market where nobody knows the name, and reporters ringing competitors about subjects the client understands better.

On AI discovery
“Most buyers now form a view of who's credible from an AI answer, not a page of links. That turns visibility from a marketing nicety into a findability problem. You're either the named source, or you're absent.”
